Empowering Female Leadership: ESTE Leverage Welcomes New COO Lauri Hofherr

Introduction
At ESTE Leverage, we believe in constant growth and improvement, not only for our clients but also for our internal team. It is with great excitement and pride that we announce Lauri Hofherr, current advisor and CPO, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO). The leadership and teamwork of our COO, CEO, and team added to the competitive grant we received from the National Science Foundation (NSF) will allow us to continue growing.

Expertise
“I joined ESTE a year ago as an advisor, focusing on product development and innovation. I am excited to see ESTE growing and am honored to be part of this mission,”  said Lauri. For the past 16 years, Lauri has had strategic product roles at several early-stage companies including Groupon and the fintech company Oranj. Lauri brings with her an impressive background in product management and development with a track record of success in developing and implementing effective strategies for business growth and operational excellence. Her passion for innovation and ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture make her an ideal fit for the role.

Vision
As ESTE Leverage embarks on a new chapter of growth and innovation, Lauri will be instrumental in optimizing our internal processes and implementing innovative strategies to enhance our service offerings. Our goals and expectations for the future are promising. We will meet our NSF grant obligations and continue to advance our marketing internship program. Central to the company's belief is the notion that prioritizing one's passions and aspirations should take precedence over society's expectations and judgments. ESTE Leverage equips girls with the essential tools to nurture their innate "superpowers," while also empowering parents to identify and cultivate their daughters' unique strengths.

Welcome our COO and join the ESTE family as we continue on our exciting path to success!
